Rates are intended per single guided tour and not per person

Terms of payment
Payment can be made as follows:

• via PayPal in advance

• by bank transfer in advance

• on the day of the tour

 

CONDITIONS

By booking a guided tour, the Customer declares to accept the following terms and conditions:

 

The tour includes a private guided tour and thematic itineraries tailored to the interests, times and needs of the individual client. The Guide is at your sole disposal and no other person can join your group.

 

The cost of the guided tour does not include the costs and booking of entrance tickets to museums, churches, monuments and exhibitions.

 

Cancellation policy

 In case of cancellation with less than a 48-hour notice prior to tour, or in case of a no-show to the tour, you will be charged the entire rate. Cancellation can only be accepted if submitted by e-mail.

 

Customer delay.

The Guide will wait for the Customer no later than an hour and a half, after which she will be considered free from any commitment and you will be charged the entire rate.

The booking of a Guide is considered completed only when the Guide has confirmed her availability to the Customer via e-mail.

 

By booking a guided tour, the Customer declares to accept the following terms and conditions:

• be personally responsible for the adoption of safety measures when visiting sites, monuments, historic centers.

• be personally responsible for adopting safety measures when traveling by car (fasten seat belts, do not talk on the phone while driving) and for parking in permitted places.

• be personally responsible for the adoption of decent and respectful behavior.
